A blessed 2023 to you our cherished clients and readers!

Anybody can make history. Only a great man can write it.” – Oscar Wilde

ENNY Foundation, named after the Founder and Director, Mr. Emmanuel Ntow Nyarko, was started in 2013. He started ENNY when he was working with some of his students who were struggling in class. He spent weekends volunteering in the homes of families of children with autism. Mr. Nyarko enrolled at the Autism Training Center of America where he took courses that taught him techniques, principles and how to put structures in place to support families and children with autism.

After the course, he continued to volunteer in the homes of the families and the children he worked with before school and took on new cases as well, where he put to use what he had studied. When the caseload became too much, he recruited interested, willing and passionate young men and women whom he trained and worked with.

They had no office space when they started and so they met in open seated areas on Legon campus to discuss their itinerary and review their sessions each day. They also found enclosed places for training.

It took 5 years to regularise operations, and the team was growing. ENNY was officially registered as an NGO in 2018.

ENNY Foundation now has an office space located in Abelenkpe, Accra. The team works and has worked with children from Nigeria, Liberia and the UK. Currently, ENNY Foundation works with about 20 children in Accra, Kumasi and Cape Coast.
